I was born in 1957, I'm married and have two adult sons. I am a bank employee by profession. Already in early youth I made the dog sport to my hobby. My first dog I got at the age of 13. Since then, I have always had dogs, which have led me to regional and transregional competitions. Now I have a young male again, who gives me great pleasure.

As a helper I was active until my 40th birthday and I was involved in this activity at major national and international tournaments. Since 2002, I have been a member of the ÖKV and I am the Austrian delegate to the FCI.

Since 1996 I am a judge. In this function it was possible for me to take part in major international championships, in addition to many major national events in Austria. CACIT tournaments in Slovenia, Hungary, Croatia, Russia and Poland, as well as the championships in Italy, Mexico, Japan and USA. Highlights of my activity were the World Championship for Rottweiler, where I was able to judge the protection, as well as the World Championship for German Boxers and the World Championship for Hovawarts.

It was a special honor to judge at the tracking FCI WC in Switzerland and the protection at the FCI WC in Belgium and Switzerland, obedience in Hungary and as a supervisor at the WC in Rheine.

I am delighted that I have been invited to the World Championship of Giant Schnauzers in the Czech Republic and thank you for your confidence in me.
