We have received the permits from the Wolfenbüttel district to hold our world championships!

The 3G rule (short for German “geimpft, getestet, genesen – vaccinated, tested, recovered”) applies to us.

We will inform you at short notice for testing.

Hygiene concept of the Pinscher-Schnauzer-Klub 1895 e.V. for the ISPU World Championships in Werlaburgdorf

The requirements of the Corona Protection Ordinance of the State of Niedersachsen are a prerequisite for the implementation of dog sport events.

  1. General hygiene regulations
  • All hygiene measures and new regulations are communicated to all guests, participants, trainers and team members. An updated cleaning and disinfection plan (Appendix 1) is available.
  • The first aid kit has been expanded to include protective face masks and disposable gloves.
  1. Documentation of those present
  • The Luca app, with which every visitor has to register, is used for contact tracking. Check-in takes place at the entrance and is made visible by a colored admission band.
  • Visitors, as well as the accompanying person and guests, who do not have the opportunity to register with the Luca app, must fill out a data entry sheet (in accordance with data protection rules). This sheet is collected at the entrance and the participants of the event, accompanying persons and guests are given an entrance ribbon.
  • The sheets are kept for three weeks.
  • Michael Heimbs (telephone number: +49 170 3822719) has been named as the person responsible for monitoring the Corona protective measures (Corona officer). He continuously checks compliance with the measures.
  1. Use of the club house / DGH / sports facility
  • Hand disinfectant is provided before entering and leaving the entire site.
  • Appropriate mouth and nose protection must be worn in the interior on the entire site. The mask can be removed when seated.
No mouth and nose protection is necessary in the outside areas, unless this is ordered by the lead judge of the competition or the distance rules require it.
  • The organizer uses barrier tapes and signs to ensure access to the indoor areas according to the following criteria:
    • one after the other,
    • if possible without queues,
    • in compliance with the minimum distance of 1.5 meters,
    • Wherever possible, separate entrances and exits and marked routes (“one-way street system”) are used to specify the walking routes in order to minimize personal contacts.
    • Notices provide information about the most important rules of conduct and hygiene (correct hand washing / disinfecting, sneezing/coughing, distance).
    • In the sanitary facilities, a minimum distance of 1.5 meters must be maintained and mouth and nose protection must be worn as well. The number of users is limited per toilet facility.
